Nice piece of art thrown up on an electrical box - artist unknown. On the way to work Thursday I glanced up at this box, as I do frequently, hoping to see something on it besides the white blob of paint that covers a previous piece of art. What I saw were two eyes peering over the slope. I did a double-take. Yesterday I tried to get closer. I drove down the alley which runs parallel to the freeway and behind the electrical box at the top of the slope but couldn’t find an easy way to get through/over the fence. I didn’t think I’d be able to quickly hurtle the fence and get my shot without considerate pain. Brilliant thinker that I am, I opted to drive down a parallel alley on the opposite side of the freeway, and here’s the shot. All I had to contend with were giant barking dogs.
