recipe for creativity

It’s been a wonderful spring day. Saw and heard lots of mockingbirds during my morning walk. Flowers are increasing exponentially every day lately.
Last week my optometrist told me I have a cataract taking hold in my left eye, and she said it is a normal part of aging, but I don’t like it! I asked what I can do to slow it down and she said I should take extra care in the sun, so I got some new sunglasses with total UV protection. I am still getting used to the oddly bright brown lenses and now I am wearing my khaki hiking hat whenever I go outside. I’m so funky & glamorous!
Above are some of the lovely greens from our garden. These are tiny spinach leaves and radish sprouts that had to be pulled to make room for the remaining seedlings to grow. The spinach tastes the same as its larger counterpart; so tender and green! The radishes have only a slight radish flavor, but good, nonetheless.
Oh, yeah, now I get to do some art.

ugh this aging thing is annoying isn’t it. Sounds like you had a bright lovely day, love the greens. Happy creating.
